Optional engraving choices

• Custom logo or photograph you provide: $20 set up fee for the entire order regardless of quantity. This fee is per logo that needs to be converted so if you plan on using multiple logos/photographs, the $20 set up fee is charged for each logo.
• Engraving on multiple surface areas (ex.both sides of a beer boot): $5 per boot

Turn Around Time:

• Our turn around time is 6-7 business days excluding weekends
• We also offer an expedited service which guarantees shipment within 3 business days of confirmed payment. This service is an additional $20 per order. Rush delivery via UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are also options at an additional cost.

Shipping:

• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground which includes tracking and full damage and loss protection. We do offer expedited UPS services at an additional cost.
• All orders to P.O.Boxes or APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS
• International orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard to Canada
• International orders to other destinations ship via USPS Priority International

Please note for international orders: Bier Boot Haus is not responsible for any customs, duties, broker fees or any other charges imposed by your local government and cannot provide an estimate of these charges. Please check with your customs office for information about importing items from the United States and the associated costs prior to placing an order.

How do I proceed with the order?

Until the custom beer boot product page is functional, we ask that you send us the following information in an email to customengraved@bierboothaus.com

• What you would like engraved on the boot including any text(+ font desired), monograms, or logos (again, options are available at Creative Etchings
• Exact details about the placement of everything you would like engraved (which side of the boot, how big, etc.)
• Your contact information including your Name, Phone number, Billing and shipping address (if different)
• Payment method desired - Credit card over the phone, Paypal, Google Checkout
