If you feel you received a damaged product, please follow the following procedure:
- You must request an RMA number by e-mail before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request, you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and/or a postage paid return label and product return instructions.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are properly packed. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit that are a result of improper packing at the fault of the customer.
- Returned items must be complete without exception and must include a copy of your sales receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping for non-fault returns.
- If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit
- Any product returned without the original package or sales receipt that cannot be verified as our products
- Customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item(s)
- Any items returned after 30 days
- Any items returned without an RMA number and prior authorization
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards
- Paypal Instant Transfer
- Google Checkout
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
General
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays - UPS and USPS do not pick up from our location on these days).
- Shipping rates are calculated using real time rates pulled from UPS and USPS and are based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Rates can be viewed on the shopping cart page for domestic orders and at checkout for international orders.
Domestic Orders
The following shipping options are available for orders weighing under 45 ounces
- USPS Priority Mail: 3-6 business days
- UPS Ground: 2-5 business days to the continental United States
- UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: End of day the following business day
Note: All orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS
Orders weighing more than 45 ounces
- UPS Ground: 2-5 business days to the continental United States
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
- UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: End of day the following business day
When calculating shipping transit time, please remember to start counting the following business day
- ex. Order placed at 3pm central Thursday using UPS 2 Day Air will ship on Friday and arrive Tuesday).
- ex. Order placed on Thursday at 2 pm Central using UPS Next Day Air Saver will ship on Friday and arrive on Monday by th end of the day
International Orders
International buyers assume all responsibility for any duties, customs, tarrifs, or other fees associated with international shipments. Please check with your local government to determine these fees associated with importing goods.
Canada
For shipments to Canada, you have the choice of:
- UPS Standard to Canada (3-6 Business Days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
Other International Destinations
Orders ship via USPS Priority International (6-14 Business Days). Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to or loss of packages shipped using USPS internationally. It is the buyers responsibility to file claims with their local post office in the event of a damaged or lost package.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Our inventory is constantly changing based on information we receive directly from our suppliers. Occasionally, unexpected fluctuations in supply or changes in release dates for new products will add time to our original availability estimate. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
